The Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services (KEK KH) is an independent organisation operating under the control of the Hungarian Ministry of Public Administration and Justice, which is responsible for the management and processing of authentic public records, such as personal and address data, traffic and criminal records, as well as the expansion and quality improvement of electronic public administration services. Oriana developed a process support and knowledge base system to the 1818 Customer Service Hotline operated by this government agency in merely six weeks; this system enables the protection of personal data, features an ergonomic user interface ensuring transparency of the high number of enquiries received and provides easy and quick development opportunities for the future.

DATA OF 2,000 CUSTOMERS COVERING 12 YEARS WITH A SINGLE CLICK

The Corporate business line of a financial institution, which is present in more than 100 countries worldwide, maintains active relationships with around 2,000 corporations with revenues over HUF 1 billion and gets into contact with nearly 15,000 companies during its business activities in Hungary. Since 2003, the bank’s Hungarian subsidiary has been using a CRM and workflow system developed by Oriana, which is still unique in the global infrastructure of this financial institution. SZABÓ István, Executive Director of the Corporate business line says that this system has no serious competitor in the market even 12 years after its implementation.

PEERLESS FLEXIBILITY AND PAPERLESS OFFICE WITH A SYSTEM DELIVERED BY ORIANA

A multinational corporation engaged in the sales of imaging and optical devices and employing more than 11,000 employees has been distributing high-quality imaging devices (including cameras, printers, scanners) as well as a broad portfolio of business printing, copying and document management solutions to its customers for more than half a century. The Hungarian subsidiary needed a CRM system capable of handling a variety of sales channels consistently and of replacing their time-consuming, partly electric, partly paper-based data processing procedures. The solution delivered by Oriana made more efficient not only sales activities but also the performance appraisal of the staff. In addition, these new work practices resulted in the creation of a ‘paperless office’.
